Wilmar Sugar Australia Limited is hiring an Operator in Training (Fugal Operator) for Pioneer Mill in North Queensland. This seasonal role involves rotating shifts during Crush, producing high-quality sugar and collaborating with the Mill team to keep operations smooth.

You will sample, inspect and perform basic analyses on sugar and molasses, while maintaining secure housekeeping and completing maintenance requests as needed. Relevant high-risk licences are expected to be pursued during the role.
