L3 Senior Engineer – Azure & Infrastructure

Infotrust is looking for an experienced L3 Senior Engineer to join our Service Delivery team in Sydney.

This is a hands-on role for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working directly with customers and taking ownership through to resolution. You’ll support a range of customer settings, lead advanced escalations and contribute to project delivery and ongoing platform improvements.

The Role
Resolve complex Azure, infrastructure and networking incidents
Support, maintain and optimise customer Azure environments
Deliver customer-facing infrastructure and cloud projects
Lead escalations from L1 and L2 engineers
Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement
Contribute technical guidance and knowledge across the engineering team
Collaborate with internal Service Delivery and Cyber Security teams

Skills and Experience
Strong Azure and systems engineering experience
Broad capability across infrastructure, cloud, networking and virtualisation




Experience supporting complex customer environments within an MSP or managed services provider
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft technologies, backup and infrastructure platforms
Solid communication skills and confidence working directly with customers
A practical, accountable approach to delivering technical outcomes
