The Role
n
We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our venue. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team and executing a unique customer experience. The right person will be experienced with strong floor and waiting abilities. The ability to lead with a positive demeanour and ensure customers have a memorable experience is crucial to this role.

Must be available to work Wednesday–Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday as consecutive days off. Immediate Start!

Tasks and responsibilities:
n
n




Overseeing and leading a passionate team of hospitality professionals
n
Delivering a unique and enjoyable customer experience
n
Assisting with functions and events
n
Supporting and administering a structured staff training program
n
Stock management including ordering, rotation and wastage control
n
Assisting the Restaurant Manager where required including general HR and Administration duties
n
n
You'll be perfect for this role if you have:
n
n
A passion for coffee, customers, service and hospitality
n
At least two years' experience in a leadership role
n
Strong service skills with the ability to manage a team
n
Personable approach with impeccable presentation
n
Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
n
RSA (required)
