Take ownership of a growing pharmacy operation
n
Myleaf is looking for an experienced pharmacist to take the lead as Pharmacist in Charge at our Stones Corner location.
n
This is an opportunity to combine hands‐on pharmacy practice with genuine leadership responsibility. You'll oversee the safe and efficient day‐to‐day operation of the pharmacy, lead a team of up to five people, and help us continuously improve the way we deliver care to our patients.
n

What you'll own
n
As Pharmacist in Charge, you'll take responsibility for maintaining high standards of patient care, dispensing, compliance and pharmacy operations.
n
You'll:
n
n
Lead the day‐to‐day pharmacy operation and support a team of up to five staff.
n
Ensure prescriptions are dispensed accurately, safely and efficiently across both patient collection and shipment workflows.
n
Provide professional pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients.
n
Oversee medication safety, including identifying potential interactions, contraindications and adverse effects and working with healthcare professionals where required.
n
Maintain accurate patient, dispensing, inventory and operational records in line with regulatory requirements.
n
Manage the receipt, inventory and recording of pharmacy stock and shipments.
n
Help develop and continuously improve pharmacy policies, procedures, workflows and quality standards.
n
Coach and develop pharmacy team members, including technicians and interns.
n
Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
n

What we're looking for
n
You'll be an experienced pharmacist who combines strong clinical judgement with the confidence to lead people and take ownership of pharmacy operations.
n
You'll need:
n
n
Current pharmacist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
n
Relevant experience working as a pharmacist in a community, hospital or comparable pharmacy workplace.
n
Strong knowledge of professional, dispensing and regulatory requirements.
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients, healthcare professionals and colleagues.
n
Confidence using pharmacy dispensing software and electronic systems.
n
A commitment to patient safety, quality and continued professional development.
n

We're particularly interested in people who bring:

Previous leadership or Pharmacist in Charge experience.
n
The ability to coach and develop others.
n
Experience working with Medical Cannabis
n
A practical, improvement‐focused approach to pharmacy operations.
