The Opportunity
n SEE Group is seeking an experienced Return to Work Coordinator to lead injury management and workers' compensation programs across Queensland and New South Wales. Reporting to the General Manager - Safety, you'll manage end-to-end return to work processes, partner with operational leaders, and drive injury prevention initiatives that support our people and business outcomes.

What you'll do:
n
Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation and injury management cases.
n
Coordinate sustainable return to work and suitable duties programs.
n
Build strong relationships with workers, supervisors, WHS professionals, insurers and medical providers.
n
Analyse injury data to identify trends and drive preventative action.
n
Ensure compliance with Queensland and NSW legislative requirements.
n
Drive proactive health, wellbeing and injury prevention initiatives focused on reducing musculoskeletal disorders and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
n
What you'll bring:
n




Return to Work Coordinator accreditation (QLD and/or NSW).
n
Proven experience managing complex injury management caseloads.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
n
A practical, compassionate approach with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
