Location: Artarmon (and other locations as required)

4 days per week, with Monday and Friday required
n
Remaining days flexible based on operational demand and 24/7 coverage requirements

We are seeking aTeam Leaderto work part-time across drop-in with a focus in Artarmon and two SIL projects, taking on a hands‐on leadership role – guiding and supporting a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver exceptional, person‐centred care. Your Impact:
n
Oversee service delivery across drop-in and supported independent living settings, ensuring safe, compliant and person‐centred support that meets participant needs, funding requirements and organisational service excellence. With a flexible 24/7 service model and participation in the rotational on‐call roster, no two days are the same — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, accountability and meaningful leadership.

Drivequality: Implement care plans, risk assessments,
BSPs and Behaviour Intervention Strategies; monitor outcomes and compliance.
n
Ensurereliability: Manage staffing, rostering, service continuity, service agreements and budgets.
n
Leadcommunication & advocacy: Build strong relationships with staff, participants and families and stakeholders, and champion inclusion.
n
People leadership: Lead, coach and develop your team; support recruitment, onboarding, performance, recognition and team culture.
n
Continuous improvement: Track service delivery and outcomes; uphold WHS; respond to incidents, risks, escalations and feedback.
n
Your Profile:
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Proven leadership in disability or social services.
n
Solid understanding of NDIS, quality, safeguarding and compliance requirements.
n
Operational confidence across rostering, staffing, budgets, service agreements and KPIs.
n
Experience responding to incidents, risks, escalations and changing service needs.
n
Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week, including Monday and Friday, with flexibility for remaining days
n
Excellent communication, judgement and problem‐solving abilities.
