Lead the future of technology in aged care. This high-impact role lets you shape Bolton Clarke's long-term technology strategy, influence executive decision-making, drive enterprise-wide transformation, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance resident wellbeing, operational performance, cyber resilience and future growth across Australia's largest independent aged care provider.

Key activities
n
n
Lead the development of Bolton Clarke's Residential Aged Care Technology Strategy and future-state technology blueprint.
n
Develop multi-year technology roadmaps, business cases and investment recommendations.
n
Lead complex enterprise-wide technology transformation programs from planning through delivery.
n
Engage and influence executive leaders, operational stakeholders, clinical teams and external partners.
n
Drive technology-enabled business transformation to improve resident outcomes and operational efficiency.
n
Oversee governance, budgets, risk management, vendor relationships and benefits realisation across strategic programs.
n
n
About you
n
A strategic senior technology leader with extensive experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs,
developing technology roadmaps and target-state architectures, influencing executives, managing complex stakeholders and vendors, and driving business-focused technology outcomes in large, regulated environments.
n
We would love to hear from you if you have:

Extensive experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
n
Proven ability to develop technology strategies, target-state architectures, operating models and multi-year roadmaps.
n
Strong financial, commercial, vendor management and business case development capability.
n
Advanced executive stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
n
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Health Informatics, Project Management or a related discipline.
n
Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, AIPM CPPD or MSP.
n
