We are looking for an Account Executive to join our national team. Based in Brisbane and working within a national framework, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients while delivering best-in-class insurance solutions.

About the Role
n
This is a busy and fast-paced role responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio. With some exceptionally loyal and valued relationships already in place, you'll be responsible for end-to-end portfolio management, including renewals, policy placement, and ongoing client servicing.

This role will:
n

Manage the full renewal cycle, including preparation of submissions, insurer negotiations, and placement of cover
n
Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms and favourable outcomes for clients
n
Provide timely advice on policy coverage, endorsements, and risk exposures
n
Identify growth opportunities within your client portfolio and contribute to new business activities to achieve financial targets
n
Support the lodgement and management of claims in conjunction with our internal claims team
n
Deliver a high standard of client service, ensuring retention and satisfaction across the portfolio
n
n
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Broker who is looking to take the next step within a reputable and highly regarded brokerage.

About You
n
You will bring previous experience in insurance broking or account management, ideally handling a range of client accounts.
n
You will also demonstrate:
n
n




Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
n
Strong technical understanding of general insurance products and policy structures
n
Proven ability to manage renewals and insurer relationships
n
Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on retention and growth
n
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
Experience with Insightor other broking platforms is highly regarded
n
