We’re looking for a Senior SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Collaboration Specialist to support a major Microsoft 365 transition program in Brisbane.

The role will focus on SharePoint Online migration, remediation and transition, working with business stakeholders and technical teams to prepare sites and validate the migrated workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess SharePoint Online sites for structure, functionality, permissions and migration readiness
Prepare and remediate sites prior to migration
Configure modern SharePoint sites, pages, web parts, navigation, libraries, lists, views and metadata
Support SharePoint migrations using ShareGate
Validate migrated sites, including access, navigation, links, documents and functionality
Identify unsupported, obsolete or custom SharePoint components and recommend appropriate solutions




Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and support business site owners
Prepare transition runbooks, issue/exception registers, validation evidence and handover documentation

Key skills:
Robust hands-on SharePoint Online experience
SharePoint site configuration, permissions, navigation, pages, web parts, libraries, lists and metadata
SharePoint migration and remediation experience
ShareGate experience highly desirable
Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, M365 Groups and Entra ID
Solid stakeholder engagement and troubleshooting skills
Experience in large enterprise environments
