About the Opportunity

Reporting to the New Vehicle Sales Manager,



you will help lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving customer satisfaction, sales volume and profitability.
n
Assist in leading and developing a successful sales team.
n
Coach and mentor Sales Consultants.
n
Drive enquiry management and conversion opportunities.
n
Monitor sales performance and departmental targets.
n
Support exceptional Toyota guest experiences.
n
Facilitate training and development activities.
n
What We Are Looking For
n
Leadership or mentoring experience.
n
Current Motor Vehicle Sales Licence.
n
Current Queensland Driver Licence.
n
