One of Australia's largest and most established privately owned construction groups, with a history spanning more than a century and an exceptional portfolio of landmark projects, is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join its Brisbane delivery team on a major A$280M+ luxury high-rise residential development at Yeerongpilly Green, Brisbane. Currently under construction, the project comprises a 25-storey tower with 181 luxury apartments, extensive resident amenities, landscaped areas and 407 car spaces. The development is scheduled through to ****.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Site Manager / Senior Site Manager, you will take ownership of structural delivery, including:
n
n
Lead formwork, reinforcement, concrete, post-tensioning and structural steel works
n
Drive structural sequencing, floor cycles, programme and productivity
n
Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, materials and tower crane activities
n
Manage structural inspections, ITPs, hold points, concrete pours and QA
n
Ensure compliance with drawings, engineering specifications and tolerances
n
Maintain strong WHS standards across all structural activities
n
Coordinate structural interfaces with façade,



services and finishing trades
n
Resolve technical, constructability and sequencing issues with engineers and consultants
n
Monitor subcontractor performance, workmanship and programme
n
Take ownership of the structure through to topping out and handover to following trades
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Extensive experience as a Structures Foreman / Structures Supervisor
n
Robust high-rise or multi-storey concrete construction experience
n
Demonstrated capability across formwork, reinforcement, concrete and post-tensioning
n
Proven ability to drive floor cycles and demanding structural programmes
n
Strong subcontractor management and site leadership skills
n
Sound understanding of structural drawings, QA, safety and construction sequencing
n
High-rise residential experience strongly preferred
n
