About the role
n
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented casual Trainee Office Manager to join our team at the Tugun Bowls & Community Club Inc. in Tugun, Queensland. The position will initially be approximately 20 hours per week (during training period) with a view to a permanent full time position (5 days per week/38 hours) in the new year. As a casual Trainee Office Manager, you will be provided with comprehensive training and you will support the current Office Manager in the smooth and efficient running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Responsible for all compliance and administration of accounts and liaison with our Accountants
n
Responsible for all Payroll, Superannuation, PAYG, BAS, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking
n
Responsible for regulatory reporting for poker machines, TAB and Keno
n
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
n
Performing other tasks as required to support the overall operations of the club
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Previous experience in an Office Managerial role is highly preferable
n
High level of knowledge and proficiency in office software, - Microsoft Office, MYOB Accountright,
SWIFTPOS (stock control), Wildcat (poker machines), TAB, Keno.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A adaptable and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
n
A genuine interest in supporting the local community and contributing to the success of the club
n
