What You Will Be Doing:

Conducting early intervention assessments to prevent long-term disability and promote timely recovery.
n
Performing comprehensive functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments.
n
Developing and implementing tailored return-to-work plans that align with both worker and employer needs.
n




Collaborating with employers to design job modifications and supportive work environments.
n
Providing vocational counselling and career coaching to assist workers in securing suitable employment.
n
Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Mobile Phone- 50% of your mobile telephone account paid; this is claimable monthly with your travelling expenses.

Travel costs will be reimbursed as a kilometre usage up to 100 KM round trip.

Incentives- 10% of all revenue in excess of $ $18,150 per month and 20% of all revenue in excess of $20,000 per month payable quarterly.

Profit Share- enjoy a profit share scheme where the company sets aside 10% of company profits before tax and distribute this pool among the staff.

What you will need:

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
n
Full AHPRA Registration
n
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
n
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
n
