About The Role
n
As Billing Officer you will ensure Hospital invoices issued to Health Insurers, patients and third parties are accurately billed within 5 days of a patients discharge date and in accordance with the individual contract rules.
n
Your main duties will include:
n
n
Identifies and understands the needs and expectations of our customers.
n
Interaction with customers in a professional and courteous manner
n
Establish and maintain a professional network with worker of related industries and businesses
n
n
About You
n
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Outlook)
n
High level interpersonal and communication skills
n
Customer service focused
n




Efficient time management skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Excellent Analytical Skills
