Lease and License Portfolio Administrator

This role provides high-quality coordination, administration support to ensure the effective and timely progression of the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Services property leasing and licencing portfolio (revenue and expenditure).

The Role
n
An opportunity has become available for a Lease and Licence Portfolio Administrator to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our ******-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will
n
n
Lead, coordinate and monitor administration activities
n
Coordinate and administer preparatory and leasing documents
n
Provide support, advice, analysis and undertake audits to monitor critical lease dates
n
Monitor and review tracking systems and procedures that support compliance
n
n
About you
n
To be successful in this position you will require:
n
n
Whilst not mandatory, practice in property leasing, property administration, or contract management is desired.
n
Whilst not mandatory, experience managing or coordinating high‐volume administrative workflows in a complex environment.
n
Demonstrated capability in tracking critical dates, managing registers and maintaining high-accuracy data
n
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
n
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)
