Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Brisbane studio and take a leadership role within our growing Multi-Residential team. This is an opportunity for a confident architect with strong project delivery experience to lead projects from concept through to completion, while providing day-to-day leadership, mentoring and technical direction to the multi-residential team. Working closely with the directors and broader leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality residential projects and contributing to the continued growth and development of the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and delivery of multi-residential projects across all project stages, from concept through to construction.
n
Manage teams, providing clear direction, coordination and support to architects, designers and documentation staff.
n
Take responsibility for project outcomes, including design quality, programme, documentation, coordination and delivery.
n
Lead client, consultant and stakeholder relationships and represent the practice professionally.
n
Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and manage project interfaces effectively.
n
Oversee design development and ensure projects maintain a robust architectural vision from concept through delivery.
n
Review and lead the preparation of documentation, specifications and construction information.
n

About You:
n
n
At least 5 years' professional architectural experience within the multi-residential space
n
Proven experience leading projects through documentation and construction.
n
Strong design sensibility combined with excellent technical and delivery capability.
n
High-level Revit proficiency and an understanding of BIM workflows.
n
Experience managing and mentoring project teams.
n
Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and construction methodologies.
n
Strong consultant coordination and project management skills.
n
Registration not necessary but highly desirable
n

Up to $125k Salary package for the right candidate.
