Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage a portfolio of end-to-end commercial property claims
n
Assess coverage, liability, quantum, and claim strategy
n




Investigate claims and review supporting documentation
n
Establish and manage claim reserves
n
Liaise with brokers, customers, loss adjusters, and service providers
n
Negotiate fair and commercially sound claim settlements
n
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
n
About You
n
n
2 – 5 years' experience managing end-to-end commercial property claims
n
Exposure to commercial property, ISR, strata, or first-party property claims highly regarded
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Naturally curious with robust problem-solving abilities
n
Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
n
A collaborative team player looking to build a long-term career in insurance
