Heathdale Christian College in Melbourne's western corridor is seeking a Director of People & Culture to join the Senior Leadership Team.
Reporting to the Executive Principal, this newly created role will shape the workforce, design organisational structures and lead culture and governance across campuses.
You will build capability, implement HR systems, and advise on executive leadership, recruitment, onboarding and talent development, ensuring alignment with the College's Christian values.
