Role Description This full time in office role, based in Melbourne, VIC, is for a SAP Hybris Consultant who will implement, customize, and support SAP Hybris solutions for enterprise clients. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design e-commerce and digital experience solutions, and configure Hybris modules. Daily responsibilities include developing and testing features, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring integrations with other enterprise systems.

The role also involves preparing technical documentation, providing user support and training, and contributing to best practices and continuous improvement within project teams.

Qualifications




Strong experience in SAP Hybris (Commerce) implementation, configuration, and customization, including working with core modules and extensions.
Proficiency in Java-based development, object-oriented programming, and related frameworks commonly used in SAP Hybris projects.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital customer experience, and integration with ERP, CRM, and payment systems.
Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and resolving issues in complex enterprise applications.
Familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies and standard software development life cycle practices.
Effective communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and capacity to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous consulting or client-facing experience and exposure to large-scale digital transformation projects is an advantage.
