Job Description
Latrobe Community Health Service in Morwell, VIC is seeking a Registered IPHS Community Nurse for a part time, permanent role.
You will provide direct nursing care and assessment in clients' homes and nominated clinics, develop care plans, and coordinate ongoing nursing support within a dynamic integrated health team.
The role requires a tertiary nursing qualification, AHPRA Division 1 registration, and current Working with Children Check and Victorian Driver's Licence.
