Excavator Operator – Site Cuts & Bulk Earthworks
We're seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for an immediate start to join our growing earthworks team.
If you're confident on the sticks, understand levels, and take pride in clean, accurate work — this role is for you.
About the Role
Operating 10T and 14T excavators across domestic and commercial projects, including:
Site cuts
Final trim & detail work
Working to set-out, plans, lasers & levels
What We're Looking For
Experience operating 10T & 14T excavators
Robust understanding of levels, lasers & final trim
Domestic & commercial earthworks experience
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Able to work unsupervised and in a team
Highly Regarded (Not Essential)
HC licence
Experience on busy, live construction sites
Location
Based in Tullamarine
Work mainly in Melbourne's North & West
Occasional work in the Eastern suburbs
