SSI SCHAEFER is growing across Australia and seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our ANZ HR team, attracting the right people to support growth.
This broad, hands-on role goes beyond filling vacancies; you will work with Hiring Managers and HR to shape workforce and recruitment plans, recruiting across engineering, trades, and project teams, including international transfers and visas.
The role is hybrid and based at Norwest with travel to sites as required.
