HESTA is seeking an experienced AML Specialist to bolster our AML Reforms and Control Uplift Program. You will work with Financial Crime, Risk, Compliance, Legal and external stakeholders to embed regulatory reform and strengthen AML/CTF controls.
Key tasks include developing policies and procedures, documenting current and future-state processes (CDD, ECDD, monitoring, sanctions), and translating regulatory obligations into practical controls.
