About the Role
We'relooking forapassionateTeam Leader to manageaSupportedIndependentLiving (SIL)servicesinParkleaYou'lllead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-centredcare that empowers clients to thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL sites.
Ensuring homes aresafe,welcoming,andcompliant.
Leading the development and review of person-centred support plan
Ensuring documentation isaccurateand aligned with policy andsystemrequirements.




SupportingclientsduringNDIS planning and review meetings
Participating in behaviour support planning and restrictive practices whererequired
Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance andengagement.
Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Schedulingteams.
2-3 yearsleadership experience in the disability sector
Willingness toparticipatein flexible working hours including on call,evenings,weekendsandpublic holidays
Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient
Excellentorganisational,communication and coaching skills
Hold a valid NSW Driver'sLicence(P2/full) and are confident driving Unissonvehicles.
Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
