Cornerstone Medical Recruitment seeks an experienced Clinical Care Manager - Home Care to lead clinical governance, drive quality improvements, and support the transition to the recent Support at Home program in the Central Coast NSW.
You will hold current AHPRA registration as an RN and bring at least 3 years of Home Care management experience, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement to deliver exceptional client outcomes within a supportive regional team.
