This is a hands-on sales role with a solid focus on building customer relationships, growing existing accounts and opening new business opportunities across retail, supermarkets, Asian grocery and food-service channels.
What you'll be doing• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Develop new customers and sales opportunities
Visit customers regularly and build strong relationships
Introduce new products and manage promotions
Identify opportunities to increase distribution and sales
Negotiate with customers and follow up on opportunities
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Work closely with our internal team to deliver great customer service
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
What we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is confident, proactive and hungry to achieve results.
You will ideally have
Sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, grocery or wholesale
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A genuine interest in developing new business
The ability to build long-term customer relationships
A positive, independent and can-do attitude
Good organisation and time-management skills
A valid Australian driver's licence
Mandarin or Vietnamese language skills are highly preferred, as you'll be working with a diverse customer and supplier network.
