We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-rounded Showroom Consultant to join our retail team in our beautiful showroom in Hume. Building and maintaining effective working relationships coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. The successful candidate will have a mature outlook and be required to work 5 days per week, including a rotating weekend roster.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with furniture selection and queries
Develop product knowledge and be across industry trends
Prepare quotes, fill orders and complete associated administrative tasks
Provide brilliant customer service during all aspects of sales
Assist with showroom merchandising, styling and product presentation
