Yarra Valley Lodge is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Bella restaurant and lodge bar, driving guest experience and revenue growth.
You will partner with marketing and local producers to showcase regional flair and manage in office events with authority.
As 2IC on-site, you'll mentor the F&B; team, optimise menus with the Executive Chef, control costs and ensure WHS, RSA and hygienic standards are consistently met.
