We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will provide reception support across multiple locations, including Parramatta, Five Dock, and Chatswood. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration and operations.

This is an excellent chance for someone who has solid organisational skills, enjoys a challenge and takes pride in providing outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Greet all incoming customers/visitors on arrival and providing hospitality
Handle all incoming phone calls in a skilled and friendly manner
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Processing timely and accurate vehicle registrations
Day to day office management including ordering supplies, sending/ receiving parcels and managing contractor/suppliers.
Respond to incoming sales enquiries over the phone, email and online
Assist customers with product enquiries and other customer service support




General administrative duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
