About the role
I need a campus where everyone knows what matters most.
As Campus Director , you will lead the people,performance,qualityandoperations of the campus.
Where applicable, you will also act as Nominated Supervisor.

Whatyou'llbring
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Significant early childhood leadership and service management experience.
Nominated Supervisor or Campus Director experience, preferred.
Knowledge of the NQF, childprotectionlegislationandcompliance.
Ability to manage operations, people,performance,qualityandrisk.
Leadership,coaching,communicationanddecision-making skills.
A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
