Enterprise greenfield Salesforce FSL implementation project

$850-$930 P/D - contract until end of the year with extensions

This will be a hybrid opportunity based in Melbourne CBD.
Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our Melbourne-based team and play a key role in a greenfield Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementation.
You will be joining a10-person delivery team, to support the rollout of the solution across the business.
This is a high-impact role where you will help shape the FSL architecture from the ground up.
Acting as a consultant, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions are scalable, aligned to strategic objectives, and deliver measurable value across regions.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders through discovery calls to gather and document business requirements, analyse processes, and translate them into functional specifications.
Documentation: Develop process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation.
Write and manage EPICs and user stories throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Design: Recommend scalable Salesforce solutions using industry best practices,



including configuration of permissions, workflows, and third-party integrations.
Conduct gap analyses and propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
Implementation & Configuration: Configure Salesforce products including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Support platform customisation and collaborate closely with developers on technical solutions.
Testing & Deployment: Review test cases, assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), and support post-deployment troubleshooting and enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead client workshops and presentations.
Provide regular project updates and guide stakeholders through Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
You will have:
5+ years in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or functional design experience
Expertise in Salesforce clouds (Field Service Lightning (FSL), Sales, Service, Experience).
Experience across multiple end-to-end Salesforce cloud implementations from discovery, solution design, build and post implementation support
Previous greenfield FSL implementation in an Enterprise environment
Experience with FSL Architecture data model and mobile configuration highly advantageous
Must able to work in a hybrid capacity in Melbourne CBD
