Ashley and Martin is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Call Centre) to support clinic operations across Australia, Recent Zealand & Singapore. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, book appointments and ensure attendance, and work closely with the Clinic Support Trichologist Team Lead.
You will use Zenoti to manage customer opportunities, document interactions, and generate reports, while delivering skilled, empathetic service to every client.
