Fidelis Legal is looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join our Parramatta team.

This is an opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys property law and client work, but wants to do it in an environment that is structured, well-supported and sustainable.

You'll have a consistent pipeline of property and conveyancing matters generated through our established client base and internal referral network.

The role

Based in our Parramatta office, you'll manage a steady portfolio of conveyancing and property matters from initial instruction through to settlement.

About you

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organised and takes pride in doing positive work.

You'll ideally have:
Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience (PAE) in Property Law
Strong working knowledge of PEXA and LEAP
Excellent attention to detail and drafting accuracy
Robust organisational and time-management skills
Clear, qualified client communication
The confidence to manage matters independently while being part of a team
Estate Planning experience is a bonus
