Role Description The Project Support Officer will provide day-to-day support to project and program teams, ensuring that project activities at Bestone Industries Pvt. Ltd. are planned, tracked, and documented effectively. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Melbourne, VIC, with a combination of in office work and some work from home.

Key responsibilities include assisting with project coordination, maintaining project documentation and reports, scheduling meetings, preparing status updates, and supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role will also involve monitoring timelines and deliverables, helping to identify risks and issues, and providing analytical support for decision-making.

Officer will collaborate closely with project managers and operational teams to help ensure that initiatives are delivered on time and in line with quality and compliance standards.

Candidates should possess robust Project Support and Program Management skills to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support project-related decision-making.
Relevant experience in project coordination or operations support, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or a related industry.
Robust written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in common office and project management software.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
A diploma or degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field is advantageous.
