Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) invites applications for the Nugel Case Manager role in Chirnside Park, VIC.
You will work with Aboriginal children and families, applying cultural therapeutic approaches to support safer, secure care pathways.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will coordinate assessments, planning and documentation, while collaborating with government and sector partners to improve outcomes for children and families involved with CYFA processes.
