Precision Labour Hire is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator to join a busy chemical manufacturing facility based in Lytton.
This role is primarily focused on manual handling (approximately 90%), with some forklift operation (approximately 10%). This is a great chance for someone looking to build their experience in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
The Role
Location: Lytton
Roster: Monday to Friday
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
Pay Rate: $33.50 per hour
Hours: Approximately 38 hours per week
Ongoing Monday to Friday work
Key Responsibilities
Manual handling and general production duties
Forklift operation as required
Picking, packing and palletising products
Conducting quality checks
Labelling, sealing and preparing orders for dispatch
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work workplace
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Current Australian Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
Previous forklift experience preferred
Previous pick packing and manual handling experience
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
Reliable, safety-focused and able to work in a fast-paced workplace
Own reliable transport and current driver's licence, as public transport is not available
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Availability to work the full Monday to Friday roster
