Contract Type: Casual contract with full-time hours available.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment
n
Ensure all products are secured and stored properly
n
Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.
n
Maintain a clear and organised work area.
n
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
n
Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.
n
n




Requirements
n
n
Must be over the age of 18
n
Must have a valid driver's licence and form of transport.
n
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
n
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks 15kgs
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
n
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
n

What We Offer

Competitive pay and benefits – Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $35 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $35 to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.
