The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) is a South Korean Government body under the ministry of Industry, trade and resource committed to promoting international trade and investment. KOTRA has played a significant role in supporting Korean SMEs expanding overseas and KOTRA Sydney, as part of KOTRA's worldwide network of over 128 offices in 83 countries, offers a wide variety of initiatives to support Korean SMEs to go to the Australian market.

Main responsibilities
n
Provide trade consulting services for Korean SMEs and manage several accounts simultaneously
n




Conduct general marketing and investment promotional activities to support Korean companies across all industries
n
Support Korean and Korean companies to enter into Australian market through tasks such as research/analysis, investment attraction, recruitment, FTA consulting, etc.
n
Build and liaison business relationships between Australian and Korean companies
n
Requirements
n
Tertiary qualifications; commerce, marketing or related majors preferred but not essential
n
International business or trade-related experience preferred but not essential
n
Solid written and verbal Korean communication skills preferred
n
Full working rights in Australia for 37.5 working hours a week
n
The contract term is one year from the commencement date of employment.
n
