Job Title: Copier Field Technician

Responsibilities:

Installation: Set up and install copier and multifunction printer equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper functionality and user training.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on copiers to ensure optimal performance, including cleaning, replacing parts, and updating software.

Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with copiers and printers, providing timely repairs either on-site or in-house as needed.
n
Customer Service: Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and educate them on equipment usage and maintenance.
n
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory of parts and supplies used.
n
Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any technical issues.

Staying Updated: Keep current with industry trends, new technologies, and product updates to provide informed service.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification.
n
Experience in copier repair or a similar technical field.
n
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
n
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
