Key Responsibilities
n
Perform Health Assessments and assist with patient care.
n
Administer vaccinations and immunisations.
n
Oversee the management of vaccines and ensure compliance with Cold Chain Management protocols.
n
Conduct ECG, Spirometry, and Ear Syringing.
n
Provide Wound Care and Dressings.
n
Assist with minor procedures and Support doctors in daily practice operations.
n
Perform sterilisation of medical instruments and maintain stock control.
n
Coordinate the recall and reminder system for patient follow-ups.
n
Manage paperwork related to Chronic Disease Management and Care Plan Reviews.
n
Oversee the coordination and maintenance of the treatment room.
n
Maintain accurate records in PRODA, Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) Online, and the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR).
n
Solid General Practice nursing skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy clinical environment.
n
Experience with health assessments, chronic disease management support, vaccinations, wound care, ECGs, recalls, and treatment room procedures.
n
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, workflows, and processes.
n
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ensures compliance with Australian healthcare regulations, reporting requirements, infection control standards, and clinic policies.

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Mandatory Requirements
n
Victorian Driver's License.
n
Current AHPRA Registration.
n
Valid CPR and First Aid Certificate.
n
Current National Police Check.
n
