Developand implement new programs and services to new and existing clients

Leadand development high performing teams to ensure efficient delivery of arange of person centred programs and services

Buildingstrong partnerships with families and community stakeholders.
n
Ensuringaccurate and timely intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.

Upholdingcompliance
in safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.

Why we want you:

Tertiaryqualification,
minimum Certificate IV in Community Services
n
3+years experience in a leadership role, ideally across disability services.
n
Strongcommercial mindset with experience managing P&Ls;, reporting andperformance outcomes.
n
Provenability to lead teams through growth,



change and continuous improvement.

Ahands on, proactive leader who gets involved, challenges current educationpathways and drives new ideas!
