Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Set up the restaurant or function in line with the venue's requirements.
n
Follow company polices and procedures and vision.
n
Promote positive guest service standards on each shift to ensure standards of excellence are provided.
n
Participate in all pre/post shift briefings to assist with the smooth transition and handover between shifts.
n
Ensure the work area is fully maintained including level of stock and cleanliness of equipment.
n
Promote a positive working relationship between team members and other departments within the company.
n
Handle all guest enquiries immediately and courteously.
n
Manage cash register and monetary transactions correctly.
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability isessentialfor this position
n
Experience in high volume and fast-paced venues isdesirable
n
Knowledge of the venue and our




offerings/activations
n
Ability to work close shifts (1am finishes).
n
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, as full training will be provided.
n
Be a positive and team-oriented team player with a can-do attitude.
n
Hold a valid Queensland RSA.
n
