Aboutthe position
n
The Senior LODE (Learning, Organisational Development &Engagement;) Officer position is responsible for the
coordination,design,
facilitation and monitoring of learning and
developmentoutcomes
to meet identified organisational objectives.

This is a permanantfull-time opportunity located in the ToowoombaCBD.
n
The salary range forthis position is $106,****** - $113,****** gross per annum,plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to
*****%superannuation,
or pro rata part time.

How to be successful in this position
n
n
Hold a Bachelor'sDegree in Human Resource Management, Training and
Development,Education
or other related field.
n
Experience
designing,developing
and facilitating high-quality workplace learningprograms, including translating organisation requirements andcomplex information into practical, engaging and
contextuallyrelevant
learning experiences for diverse employeegroups.
n
Hold a current 'C'Class driver's license.
n
Certificate IV inTraining and Assessment (TAE*****) or the willingess to obtainis desirable.
n
The ability to
provideprofessional
leadership and guidance in learning anddevelopment.
n
The ability to managethe end-to-end development and delivery of
learninginitiatives.
n
Highly
developedcommunication
and facilitation skills.
n
Experience andproficiency in the use of contemporary learning
technologies,including
e-learning authoring tools, multimedia applications,and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
n
Alignment withCouncil's values.
