We are now looking to expand our bench with a technology lawyer to support a global resources company.
n
As a privacy lawyer, you will need to:

n
Have a minimum of 5 years PQE in-house or in private practice
n
Lead the negotiation and drafting of complex technology and procurement agreements
n
Advise stakeholders on procurement strategy, contracting structures and vendor risk management
n
Support major technology transformation programs from procurement through implementation and operational phases
n
Provide legal advice on intellectual property, cyber security, data governance and technology-related risk
n
