About the Role
n
Working under the supervision of Registered Nurses, you will provide high-quality patient-centred care and contribute to the smooth operation of our clinical services.
n
This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your nursing skills while working in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
n
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering patient-centred care within your scope of practice
n
Assisting with patient assessment, monitoring and care planning
n
Supporting patients and their families throughout their care journey
n
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
n
Participating in infection prevention and control activities
n
Supporting quality and patient safety initiatives
n
Working collaboratively with nursing and multidisciplinary teams
n
Participating in ongoing education and professional development
n
n
About You
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
n
Medication Administration endorsement
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A caring and compassionate approach to patient care
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Commitment to continuous learning and career development
n
n
Previous experience in a hospital, day hospital or perioperative setting is welcomed but not essential.
n
