Vision Australia is embarking on a transformation journey to deliver greater impact for people who are blind or have low vision. We areseeking four experienced and strategic Program Leads to join our Strategy Implementation Team (SIT) and lead the delivery of key enterprise-wide initiatives that will shape the future of our organisation.

Reporting to theChief Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into practical, sustainable outcomes.You will lead complex, cross-functional programs that improve client outcomes,
strengthenorganisationalcapability,
enhance service delivery, build strategic partnerships, and support long-term sustainability.

About the Role
n
As a Program Lead, you will drive the design and implementation of strategic initiatives across Vision Australia, working collaboratively with executive leaders, operational teams, subject matterexpertsand external partners. You will lead one of our four strategic imperatives: Impact-led Organisation, Connected Services, Smarter Systems, Ageing Well, Organisational Sustainability.

You will:
n
Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs from strategythrough toimplementation and operational handover.
n
Develop program roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans and
benefitsrealisationframeworks.
n
Coordinate initiatives across service delivery, operations, finance, technology, people and
culture,governanceand
external stakeholders.
n
Identifyopportunities
to improve client
outcomes,organisationalperformance,
efficiency,sustainabilityand
impact.
n
Lead change management activities to support successful adoption and long-term benefits.
n
Develop andmonitorprogram budgets,
risks,milestonesand
performance measures.
n
Build strong partnerships with government, community, health,



aged care,disabilityand
commercialorganisationswhereappropriate.
n
About You
n
You are a highly capable transformation or program leader with experience delivering
complexorganisationalchange
in human services, healthcare, disability, aged care, not-for-
profit,governmentor
similarly regulated environments.
n
You will bring:
n
Solid program and project
governanceexpertise,
including planning, riskmanagementand
benefitsrealisation.
n
Commercial and financial acumen, including business case development,
investmentanalysisand
performance measurement.
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to lead through collaboration rather than formal authority.
n
Experience working across multiple functions and balancing competing priorities.
n
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
Excellent
communication,facilitationand
executive-level presentation skills.
n
A commitment to client-centredservice delivery and achieving meaningful social impact.
