Job Description
Key responsibilities
n

Coordinate and record incoming and outgoing trucks, trailers and equipment.
n
Track customer vehicles and equipment throughout the manufacturing process.
n
Coordinate movements to and from suppliers and subcontractors.
n
Maintain accurate records of what is on site, off site and in progress.
n
Monitor stock and manufacturing component movements.
n
Assist with stocktakes and investigate stock discrepancies.
n
Follow up outstanding supplier items that may impact production.
n
Process delivery dockets, movement records and operational paperwork.
n
Maintain internal systems, spreadsheets and records.
n
Liaise with Production, Stores, Purchasing, Sales, customers and suppliers.
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience in stock control, logistics, manufacturing,



transport, stores or a similar role.
n
Manufacturing, engineering, automotive or heavy vehicle industry experience highly regarded.
n
Solid organisational and administrative skills.
n
Excellent attention to detail.
n
Experience with inventory, ERP or manufacturing systems is advantageous.
n
Confidence dealing with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
n
A proactive approach and willingness to follow things through from start to finish.
