About the Role

As a full-time educator, you will work collaboratively with the centre's leadership team and fellow educators to create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where every child feels supported and valued.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing high-quality education and care in accordance with the National Quality Framework.
n
Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.
n
Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
n
Observing and documenting children's learning, development and interests.
n




Building positive and respectful relationships with children and families.
n
Working collaboratively with educators and centre leadership.
n
Maintaining effective supervision and supporting children's health, safety and wellbeing.
n
Following the service's policies, procedures and child-safe practices.
n
n
About You
n
To be considered for this position, you will need:
n
n
A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
Previous paid experience working in an Australian early childhood service.
n
A current NSW Working With Children Check.
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.
n
Current approved Child Protection training.
n
A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
n
Strong communication, teamwork and time-management skills.
n
Confidence in supervising and engaging with children.
n
A genuine commitment to child safety and inclusive education.
n
Reliable transport and the ability to work full-time hours in Wyong.
n
