This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hotel Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Club Supervisor looking to take the next step in their hospitality career with a progressive and growing organisation.
n
As the senior manager on duty, you'll play a key role in leading our operations, supporting our team and delivering outstanding experiences for members and guests across gaming, food and beverage and entertainment areas.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the Operations Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for:
n
Leading and motivating teams across gaming, bar and bistro operations
n
Managing day-to-day venue operations and ensuring smooth service delivery
n
Providing visible leadership and support to team members
n
Delivering exceptional member and guest experiences
n
Driving service standards and operational excellence
n
Managing and resolving customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
n
Ensuring compliance with RSA, RSG, Approved Manager and workplace safety requirements
n
Supporting the development and performance of team members
n
Maintaining a positive,



professional and customer-focused culture
n
About You
n
To succeed in this role, you'll be a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with guests and developing high-performing teams.
n
You'll bring:
n
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or similar leadership role
n
Experience within hospitality, hotels, clubs, pubs or gaming venues
n
Strong leadership and people management skills
n
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
n
Sound understanding of gaming, liquor and compliance requirements
n
A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
Current RSA Certificate
n
Current RSG/RCG Certificate
n
