This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you'll own a large customer portfolio, drive meaningful outcomes, and grow your career in a fast-paced SaaS environment.This is a true Account Management role - you'll take ownership of renewals, strengthen customer relationships, and uncover growth opportunities across a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market customers.What You'll DoOwn renewals & reduce churnManage end-to-end renewals across a large portfolio with consistency and

identify at-risk customers through outreach and usage insightsMaintain clear, reliable renewal forecasts and pipeline visibilityIdentify growth opportunitiesSpot and act on expansion opportunities (users, modules, training)Partner with customers to unlock additional value from the Simpro platformContribute to revenue growth while maintaining a strong customer-first mindsetOperate with structure & disciplineFollow established playbooks, cadences, and processesMaintain excellent CRM hygiene and account recordsManage a high-volume portfolio with strong organisation and attention to detailBuild strong, practical
relationshipsEngage
with time-poor, operational customers in a clear and direct wayTranslate product features into simple, tangible business outcomesBuild trust through consistency, reliability, and genuine careWhat You'll BringExperience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals within SaaSProven track record managing renewals and reducing churn across a large portfolio (100+
accounts)Experience
